Overview

RA Balance is a health-focused platform initiative built on top of our RipTide product foundation. The goal is to give therapists and customers a shared environment for managing patient information, tracking key data points, and creating a more connected care experience across locations.

We are tooling the system for teams operating across The Bahamas, Florida, and Mexico, which makes consistency and visibility especially important. Rather than relying on fragmented workflows, the platform is being shaped as a unified dashboard where both practitioners and customers can access the information they need in context.

The current public-facing setups for rabalancebahamas.com and rabalanceflorida.com also run on our EX Folio platform, giving the brand a connected foundation across its marketing presence and its evolving internal product stack.

An important part of the use case is the AI layer built around interpretation. Beyond storing and displaying information, the system is being designed to help teams surface meaning from the data, monitor trends, and support more informed decision-making over time.

This remains an active engagement, but it already serves as a strong example of how RipTide can be adapted into a Health Management SaaS product with real operational depth.
